  2. Make ready 1 tin condensed milk
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup almonds
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup pistachio
  5. Take 1/8 cup raisins
  6. Prepare 5,6 dry dates
  7. Get 1/2 cup vermicelli
  8. Get 1/2 cup tapioca Sago(Sabut dana)
  9. Make ready 4 cardamom
  10. Make ready 1/8 cup coconut slices

Steps to make Sheerkhurma:

  1. Boil dry dates,almonds, pistachio for 10 min..the remove dry dates seedalomnds, pistachio skin.. chop roughly.. set a side..
  2. In a pot add milk with cardamom(break in center) start cooking on low flame..for half an hour
  3. Soak tapico sagu for half an hour..
  4. Now add condensed milk, raisins, coconut slices, vermicelli,chopped dry dates, almonds,pistachio and tapioca Sago..
  5. Now cook for 1 hour on loe flame.. it will enhance the taste.. then poir in bowls cool down completely or Refrigerate 5,6 hours.. Garnish with almond and pistachio.. Enjoyyy
