- Combine chopped beef with 1tbs of the sesame oil, corn flour, chili flakes and salt. Mix well and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce with sugar and 1tbsp of the sesame oil. Set aside.

- Heat a wok over a high heat. Add oil and once oil is very hot add vegetables, grated garlic and ginger..Stir -fry for 2 minutes,
