- Add 1 cup milk or coconut milk and another cup of water or 2 cups of milk or coconut milk. It’s up to you.
- Cover the lid. Pressure cook it. Atlast add a tbsp of ghee and a tsp of garam masala and mix it well. Cabbage rice is ready to serve.
