  1. Take 1 litre Milk
  2. Take 1tbsp Custard powder(brown and polson)-5
  3. Take 1 cup Ripe jackfruit
  4. Prepare 1 cup Over ripe jackfruit (grind in to a fine paste)
  5. Take 5-6 tbsp Sugar

Instructions to make Jackfruit pudding:

  1. Mix custard powder and 200 ml cold milk in to a runny paste.Keep aside.
  2. Boil the remaining 800 ml milk with sugar.Add the jack fruit paste in to it and mix it well stirring continuously.Cook it on low flame for around 8 mins.
  3. Remove from heat.let it stand for 3 mins…now add the custard paste slowly,stirring continuously.Now cook it again on low flame stirring continuously for 5 mins.
  4. Remove from heat.Now add the jackfruit bits,mix it well…let it cool for 5 mins.Garnish it with jack fruit chunks…cool it well under fan. Refrigerate it for 5 hrs and relish our very own desi jack pudding..
