  2. Prepare 2 bags the coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
  3. Prepare 24 oz ground
  4. Get 1 egg
  5. Make ready Oil for frying
  6. Prepare Ground ginger
  7. Take Soy sauce

Steps to make Egg rolls:

  1. Cook your ground .
  2. Get a big bowl and put both bags of coleslaw.
  3. When meat is done add to coleslaw.. then add a lil soy sauce and ground ginger. Let sit 15 minutes.
  4. Open up egg roll wraps and put 2 spoonfuls in each wrap. Fold like a burrito.. then at the end put a lil dab of egg to seal it.
  5. Heat up oil and fry 4 minutes on each side or how you like it.. I like it crispy.. we used an air fryer too it works.
