  2. Now add gur mix it then melt it low flame. After boiling take a Bowl full of water then put one drop of gur it it is soft then cook the gur more 2-3 minutes otherwise gur is crunchy then gur is ready Take any tin or thali Grease it with the ghee
  3. Now add baking soda mix it well, then quickly transfer into the tin Add leftover the ghee mix it well then trun off the flame.Tap the tin sprinkle the rosted peanut and fennel keep it a side 1 hour after 1 hour demould it. Gur gattaa candy is ready enjoy with your family frnds. I’m loving it.
