- In a food processor, make a coarse paste of methi leaves, coriander leaves, chillies and garlic
- Heat a cooker add ghee, cashews and green paste and saute for 5mins
- Add chopped capsicum, potatoes and tomatoes. Saute for 5minutes. Add rice,all the dry spices and salt. Add 500ml water and close the cooker
- After 2whistles, simmer it for 5minutes. Shut off the gas and open the cooker after it cools off.
- Serve hot with some salad
