- Take a bowl add all the ingredients except Baking soda or baking powder. Add little water and mix gently make a smooth batter and cover it and leave for 15 minutes.
- Now take a kadai place a stand onto the kadai and add water on to the kadai and heat it for 5-6 minutes on a high flame. Now take a bowl of dhokla better add Baking powder and baking soda into the better and mix gently.
