- Take 5 Boiled eggs, discard the shell and make few slits. Heat a pan with oil and add turmeric, chilli powder and salt. Then add 5 boiled eggs and saute for a couple of minutes on a medium flame.
- To make gravy, heat another pan with oil and add cinnamon stick, cloves and cardamon. After that, add chopped onions and salt to taste. Saute till onions become golden.
- Add green chilies, ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes and cook them till everything turns into a paste. Add masalas- turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder and gram masala.
- Add enough water and allow the curry to cook for some time.
- In a blender, add grated coconut and some water and grind it to a fine paste. Then add coconut milk to the curry and let it cook for few minutes.
- Once the curry comes to a boil, add in the seasoned eggs and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and turn off the gas; ready to serve.
