  3. In a separate pot, pour 0,75 l water and bring to boil. Add salt and alphabet pasta and cook 5-8 minutes. Remove pasta from the water and rinse it with cold water to stop cooking. (You can also cook pasta in a broth and then pour the broth into the soup.)
