- Toss it with little oil and keep aside
- Take a wok and heat oil add half spring onion toss it on high flame
- Add all the vegetables and toss it once more
- Add ginger garlic paste and mix it well
- When the veggies are have done add noodles and all the sauce and salt
- Toss it all on high flame and off the gas
- Take it out in serving bowl and sprinkle the rest spring onion and serve it hot
