- Take 1 small cabbage
- Take 2 cups wheat flour
- Take 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- Get 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
- Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Get 2 tsp oil
- Prepare 1 tsp salt or per as taste

Instructions to make Cabbage paratha:
- Take cabbage wash it well.shredded the cabbage.
- In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, green chillies,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cumin powder.add oil and salt.mix all together.now add cabbage mix again then add little water to knead and make a soft dough.( be careful while adding water for kneading as the cabbage will leave water.)
- Make a medium size ball.dust some flour on rolling board then roll it.
- Heat a tawa place the paratha on tawa cook it one side furthermore, flip the paratha when the base is partly cooked, brush oil / ghee and press slightly. flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly and it turns golden brown. Serve with pickle or curd.
