- Get 1 cup wheat flour dough
- Prepare For stuffing-
- Make ready 2 cups grated cabbage
- Prepare 1 cup grated capsicum
- Prepare 6-7 finely chopped garlic

- Take As per taste Salt
- Take 1 tsp pepper powder

- For stuffing heat tsp oil and saute garlic and chilli.
- Then add grated capsicum and cabbage. Stir on high flame.
- Then add pepper and salt to it. Stuffing is ready.
- Then make medium sized ball from chapati dough and roll it into small circle with a rolling pin.
- Place the prepared stuffing in the center. take the edge and start pleating bringing to center. Further, sprinkle some flour and roll to of a chapati size.
- On a hot tawa place the paratha and cook from both sides. Then add oil/ghee and press gently.
- Serve cabbage paratha with green chutney,sauce or any pickle
