The ingredients needed to make Sourdough pizza dough:
- Take 500 g bread flour
- Make ready 300 g water
- Make ready 200 g sourdough starter
- Get 10 g salt
- Get 1 tbsp olive oil

- Mix the flour, water and olive oil, cover and leave for 30 mins.
- Add the sourdough starter and salt and knead for 12-15 mins.
- Cover bowl with cloth and leave to proof for 5 hours.
- Divide into 3 on a floured surface. Roughly 325g each. Shape each into a ball.
- Put on a tray, cover with cloth and refrigerate up to 3 or 4 days. It is ready to bake at any time
- 20 mins before baking while the oven is heating up, take out of fridge, onto floured surface and shape into pizza shape disired, either with rolling pin or by hand.
- Cook the pizza, once topped, on the highest temperature for 7-9 mins either on a pizza stone or baking sheet. Use parchment paper.
