  6. Saute onions and mushrooms in about 2 Tbsp. butter until soft.
  7. Top each chicken breast with provolone cheese and return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until melted.
  8. Top each chicken breast with a couple pieces of followed by the onions and mushrooms. Enjoy!
