- Fry the onion. Make paste fryed onion with spices and ginger garlic paste. Make fine paste
- Make tomato puree
- Heat oil in a pan.put cumin and hing. Fry onion paste.saute for 5 minutes
- Add tomato puree. Fry for 2-3 minutes
- Cook until paste get dry.add water boil it. Put ball and cook for 4-5 minutes. Kofta is ready.
