- Wash and Soak rice for 30 minutes than boil them in plain water till 90% cooked. Drain water and keep a side to cool completely
- Whisk eggs in a bowl and add pinch of food color and salt in them.
- In a wok heat oil and make omelet from whisk eggs. Keep a side
- Now take some oil and sautay all vegetables except capsicum.
- Add salt, chicken cube, minced garlic, soya sauce, chilli sauce and black pepper and mix
- Add boiled rice and mix into vegetables mixture. Add capsicum on top now mix and cover to cook on simmer for 10 minutes on very low heat
- Now uncover lid and add egg omelet and mix before serving
- In another vessel add oil and sautay all vegetables
- Add water to cook
- Simultaneously add soya sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper, chilli garlic sauce and chicken cube in and let vegetables cook. Add salt if needed
- When done mix corn flour in some water and make slurry. Pour this mixture in vegetables soup and cook till become thickened.
