  1. In a pan put butter and add onion Fry for 1 min then add all the chopped vegetables and fry for 2 min then add tomato then add salt,kali Mirchi,red chilli sauce,soya sauce and mix well then add 4 cups water and cover and cook for 10 min then mash the vegatables lightly….
  2. The vegetable soup is ready and garnish with coriander leaves….
