  2. Prepare 2 1/4 cup Ghee

  2. Add besan on pan and slightly fry.when besan smell comes turn off the stove.
  3. Put the besan in bowl add frist 1/4cup of ghee and mix it well.
  4. In between dissolve the sugar,and the sugar comes sticky turn off the stove.
  5. Add sugar dissolves into the pan mix the beasn into that.
  6. When beasn is cooked on ghee well,after that add another cup of 1/4 cup ghee and mix it.
  7. Then the besan cook smoothly and it turns color slightly change.pour it in bowl or tin.
  8. After 5 mins in heat,cut into pieces.ghee mysore pak ready.
