- The kneaded dough must be soft. Cover and keep in a dark place for 1 hour.
- Now roll out the dough in rectangular shape.
- Start applying filling. First put pizza sauce then pepperoni slices, capsicum and then cheese.
- Turn the end of dough with your fingers and give it a shape like a log/roll.
- Brush some egg over it and sprinkle some kalonji seeds over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180°C until nicely golden.
