- Take sauted veggies in a bowl put thick maida paste + chicken + mashed potato mix it well.
- Then add soya sauce + white pepper powder and mix it well.
- Take mixture flat on plams put cheese spread in middle and make balls similarly make all the balls.
- Dip the ball in whisked egg and then coat in vermicelli.
- Heat oil and fry till golden brown.
