  1. Take 1 lot of red chili!!

  2. Pound the ingredients, start from the chili, continue adding other ingredients and start with the hard ones until the softest ones. I use stone mortar and pestle to crush the ingredients. Crush until it smooth. Salt and sugar helps smoothen the texture. Don’t forget to taste it.
  3. Prepare oil and pan, cook all the crushed ingredients until the smell is out and fragrant.
  4. Add the lemongrass and stir until all even.
