- Firstly sieve the fry ingredients all-purpose flour,salt,powder sugar,baking powder,baking soda set aside now mix all the wet ingredients whip up sugar & butter next crack in eggs whip it further add in both essence then add cocoa powder & red colour mixed together pop it in batter whip up all in one direction don’t over mix the batter
