  1. Rinse rice 3x and let soak in lukewarm water
  2. Optional: cut up beef in tiny pieces and place in pressure cooker or regular pot with ~1 cup water. Add salt and pepper and cook at medium heat.

  4. Fry cut onions in a pot with a little added canola oil. Cook at mid-high heat
