  2. Now transfer the mixture in a bowl. Add salt and baking soda. Mix it well. Take a ball sized portion and make a flattened Patty.
  3. Heat an oil, deep fry all patties till golden and crisp. Keep it on a kitchen towel. Falafals are ready.
  4. For hummus: Take a mixer jar, transfer boiled chick peas, white sesame seeds, garlic cloves and oil. Blend it and make a smooth paste.
  5. Do not add water in hummus. Add more olive oil if required.
  6. Transfer the mixture in a bowl. Add salt and lemon juice. Mix it. Keep it in a refrigerator. Serve chilled.
