The ingredients needed to make Hummus:

  1. Take 3 cups chickpeas
  2. Get 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (1 large lemon)

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and 1 cup of chickpeas. Process for 1 minute
  2. Add the olive oil, cumin, salt and 1 cup of chickpeas. Process for 1 minute
  3. Add the last cup of cheickpeas and start processing. Slowly add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water or more if necessary.
