To bewith this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook hummus using 7 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Hummus:

  1. Take 250 gmsBoiled Chickpeas
  2. Get 1/4 cup or 60 ml Lemon juice
  3. Get to taste salt according
  4. Get 1 clove Garlic minced
  5. Get 1/2 cup Plain yogurt
  6. Take 2 tbsp or 30ml olive oil
  7. Prepare Smoked parpika for garnishing

Instructions to make Hummus:

  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, lemon juice, salt, garlic and yogurt. Process for 1 minute, then open the food processer and scrape the sides. Process for another minute.
  2. While the processor is running, pour in the olive oil. Taste and check for smooth consistency. If the hummus is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water. - - Just before serving, sprinkle with smoked paprika, fresh boiled chickpeas and drizzle with additional olive oil.
