- Firstly soak 2 cups of chickpeas overnight.
- Next day drain off the water & transfer soaked chickpea to a food processor(mixer) and blend it.
- Add garlic cloves in it.
- Blend coarsely without adding water.
- Mix coarse & all other ingredients (except oil) in a bowl & mix well.
- Heat oil in a kadhai/pan.
- Take a tsp of mixture & make patties from it & fry them on medium flame.
- Serve those patties hot with sauce or other dips.
