- Firstly wash and drain chickpea. Take a grinder add fresh coriander, onion and grind it 1 min.then add chickpea, salt,cummin powder, paprika powder, black pepper powder and baking soda again grind it until smooth but crumbly.
- Transfer in bowl now add bread crumbs mix until combined. Cover and refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
- After 1 hour shape the balss.then take a pan add cooking oil and fry it.ready falafel..
- Sauce.. Double boiler.. Take a pot with add some water and keep a another bowl over it.
- Add milk,milk powder and butter mix it then add cheese and stir it 10 min continuously then dissolved cheese now ready..served falafel with cheese sauce.
