  13. Make ready 2 cups broth of choice
  14. Prepare 1/4 cup chili powder
  15. Take 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  16. Get 1 tbs pepper
  17. Prepare 1 tbs salt
  18. Take 1 tbs creole seasoning
  19. Get 1 tbs slap ya mama seasoning
  20. Take 2 tsp garlic powder
  21. Make ready 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  22. Prepare 1/4 cup corn starch slurry

Instructions to make Chili:

  1. Cook ground Turkey until done keeping it chunky, add to crock pot when done.
  2. Cut vegetables (bell pepper/onion) and add to crock pot.
  3. Cut and brown sausage in same pan as turkey, add to crockpot when done
  4. Add all canned ingredients to crockpot with 1 cup of broth, mix well.
  5. Add all seasonings, mix well.
  6. Cover crock pot with lid and set on high for 2 hours. Add remaining broth after 2 hours.
  7. Let simmer on high for an additional hour, stir. Then adjust temperature to low for an additional 2 hours.
  8. Add corn starch slurry to thicken chili. Use a little at a time. Eyeball
  9. Serve hot topped with cheese and Greek yogurt or sour cream and sliced green onions.
