  1. In a cooker, add 2 tbsp of oil, once oil is heated, add mustard seeds. When It starts Splattering, add all the masala items give it a good mix.
  2. Then add green chillies mix it till changes colour. Add onion slits. Mix it well till it changes to golden brown. Add grated carrot, saute till the raw smell goes.
  3. Then add grated indian Gooseberry, mix it well.add green peas, saute for 2 mins Then add salt & Pulov powder saute for a while
  4. Add water in 1:2 ratio. Allow it boil. Once it starts to boil, add rice and stir it well. Close the cooker lid. After 3 whistles leave for 15 mins. Then open the lid
  5. Take a pan, add 1tsp of ghee once it’s heated then add black raisins, saute it for 2 mins. Add ghee flavoured raisins to Pulao and give it a good mix. Adding raisins neutralize the bitter taste of Amla. Healthy & Tasty Amla Pulav is Ready to serve. Serve hot for the best taste.
