- I wash and rinse the tamarind then i piece’s the ginger and add them in a pot then add water and put them on fire.Allow to boil for 5mins

- After cooling then put your right hand and mash them very well until you separate the liquid part of the tamarind from it’s solid part
- And then sieve.this is the solid part of the tamarind which is not needed
- Add the ice blocks in the bowl you want to prepare the tamarind juice then add the Tamarind you’ve sieved,Sugar and flavor and give it a mix
- Serve.You can garnish with sugar as i did below
