  11. Get 1 cup Hung Yogurt(Curd)
  12. Take 2 tsp Oil
  13. Make ready 1/4 cup grated orange Carrot

  16. Get 1 pinch Asafoetida (Heeng)
  17. Take as per taste Red chilli powder

Instructions to make Yogurt-Potato Bread Idli:

  1. First cut the bread slices into roundels using bowl and keep aside.
  2. Grate boiled Potatoes and add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder & chat masala powder. Mix everything to make the potato masala mixture. Keep aside.
  3. To prepare the tadka(tempering), heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds (first let it crackle), curry leaves, heeng, grated carrot, red chilli powder and salt. Cook for 2 mins and pour into the yogurt. Mix well & Keep aside.
  4. Now spread potato mixture evenly on all bread roundals. Heat tawa or pan & grease it with some oil. Put the bread with potato side down. Then spread yogurt mixture on top(the other side facing upwards).
  5. Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 mins. Serve Hot!
