The ingredients needed to make Carbonara:

  1. Get 250 g pasta shapes/tagliatelle
  2. Prepare 200 g white mushrooms
  3. Take 1 large onion
  4. Prepare 2 cloves garlic
  5. Get 150 g lardons/cubes
  6. Prepare 80 ml single cream
  7. Prepare 4 tbsp dry white
  8. Take 4-6 pinches parmizan cheese

  1. Boil kettle for pasta + turn preheat oven (for garlic bread) + heat deep pan with 3 tbsp olive oil
  2. Chop garlic and onion, put into deep pan and mix
  3. Cook pasta and garlic bread
  4. Once onions are softened add and mushrooms and mix again add some grated pepper (little bit salt optional)
  5. Once are slightly crispy and mushrooms are softened add the white
  6. Once has evaporated add the single cream mix thoroughly add 2-3 pinches of parmizan cheese cook on medium heat for 2mins
  7. Drain cooked pasta and put 2-3 tbsp olive oil through pasta then mix into carbonara.
  8. Stir thoroughly, then serve and add a little more parmizan
