  3. Heat the oil in a pan,put 1 tbsp batter,place nearly 6-7 pakodas at a time.fry pakodas on high medium flame,flip them when they are fried from below,fry them till turn golden brown in colour.Take them out in a plate.fry all pakodas.Hot& crispy cabbage, carrot pakodas are ready.serve them with coriander,garlic,mint chutney,& tomato sauce.
