  1. Wash the Kathal and put in a pressure cooker add 1/2 cup water add little salt and boil for one whistle.release the pressure and strain it.keep aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl take besan add water and make batter.then add all the spices and rice flour.mix well add boil Kathal and then add some water and make a smooth pakoda batter which is not very thick.now add the salt and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai and when oil is well heated put the pakoda one by one and fry on medium to high flame untill it turns golden brown.serve with ketchup or chutney.
