  1. Remove all the leaves of the cabbage and cut each leave into two pieces.
  2. Then dip the pieces of cabbage in hot water for 5min to remove impurities. After 5 min.transfer it to a big bowl & let it dry.
  3. Then heat oil and fry all the pieces of cabbage 🥬 leaves.
  4. After frying add all masala ingredients followed by cinnamon, crushed cardamom,ginger,saunf powder, cloves,hing saute well.
  5. Then add curd and stir continuously for few seconds,cook for 5 to 10 min.without covering.
  6. Tasty kashmiri Cabbage is ready to serve, sprinkle some garam masala and serve with rice.
