- Melt the achi(thickner) with 1/4 cup of oil in the pot I.e store the achi together in the oil and proper mixture and pour into the pot,then pour in a sliced ugu leaf.and turn together, then pour the boiled meat and stock fish into a pot and add about 3_4 cups of water then add your ogil,pepper,Cray fish and washed dry fish and maggi in a bit of salt and stir it together
- Wash your okazi leaf and pour into the soup then allowed to boil for about 10min
