The ingredients needed to make Vegetable soup:

  1. Prepare 1 butternut
  2. Make ready 1 bunch broccoli
  3. Make ready 1 bunch cauliflower
  4. Get 5 cm Ginger (the bigger the better)
  5. Make ready Onion
  6. Prepare 2 TBSP oil

Instructions to make Vegetable soup:

  1. Chop the vegetables and boil separately(butternut takes longer 13minutes. I boiled cauliflower with broccoli for 7minutes). Drain excess water which will be used for blending.
  2. Peel and grate the ginger and blend with the butternut
  3. Blend cauliflower and brocolli
  4. In a cooking pot, put 2tablespoons of oil and add the onions with some little salt to taste. Fry till a little browned. Add the blended stuff and keep stirring for about 5 minutes.
  5. Enjoy ! I served mine with brown Chapati !
