- Firstly, in a small blender take boiled corn or frozen corn.further blend to coarse paste without adding any water. - transfer the paste to a large mixing bowl.also add boiled and mashed potato.additionally add onion, carrot, chilli and ginger paste.add spices and salt.
- Add roasted besan and coriander leaves adding corn flour,
- And crushed black pepper also add lemon juice.combine everything well to form a dough.add in more bread crumbs if there is to much moisture.make sure to have a non sticky dough.make round shaped tikkis greasing hands with oil.
- Deep fry them into hot oil. - stir occasionally and fry till the tikkis turn golden brown on medium flame.
- For making chaat_ place the prepared tikkis on plate,also spread green chutney, tamarind chutney pinch of chilli powder and salt.top with chopped onion and tomato.
- Garnish with handful of fine sev, pinch of cumin powder, chaat masala and coriander leaves.finally, serve sweet corn tikki chaat immediately.
