- Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and fry for 2 minutes. Add chopped green chilli and tomatoes and fry till oil start seperating. Add tomato sauce, soya sauce and chilli sauce. Fry for 2 minutes. Add paneer and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now add boiled rice, salt and mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Your chilli fried rice are ready. Serve hot, garnish it with onions and oregano.
