- While the shrimps are cooking mix 1/4 cup water and flour. Once the the shrimp are pick ads flour mixture. Allow juices to thicken.
- Cook grits. Use 2 cups of water and 2 cups milk. Add salt and pepper for taste. Once cooked add 4 tbsp of butter and 1/2 cup of Italian blend cheese.
- Plate grits and spoon over shrimp mixture
