  4. In a wok heat ghee and take one ladle of the batter to shallow fry the Malpua. When bubbles are seen it’s time to flip side and shallow fry. Do it in batches
  5. Take the fried Malpua and add to the honey and let it rest for 5 mins to have the honey absorbed
