  2. Add onion, sauté it till translucent.
  3. Add bhindi now, stir fry it for a while.
  4. Add ginger garlic pastesalt, stir fry it for a while.
  5. Now add haldidhania powder, stir it for a while.
  6. Add chilli flakes, give a stir.
  7. Now add saunf powder, stir fry it for a while.
  8. Till now all cooking is done at high flame.
  9. Now lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till bhindi becomes tender.
  10. Don’t stir in between.
  11. Open the lid now, increase the flame, stir fry it for a while.
  12. Switch off the flame now, take out in a serving bowl.
  13. Have it with Roti or Paratha.
  14. Mustard oil enhances the flavour of this dish.
  15. To make the saunf powder, dry roast it, cool it down, grind it to a fine powder.
