  2. Get 4 tomatoes

  8. Take 1/2 cup butter melted
  9. Get 1/2 cup dahi
  10. Prepare 1 tsp kuti lal mirch

  14. Make ready 1 tbsp soya sauce
  15. Make ready 1 tsp lemon juice

  19. Take 2-3 green chillies
  20. Take 1/4 cup coriander

Instructions to make Butter Chicken:

  1. Wash chicken. Place small cuts in it to marinade.
  2. Prepare marinade by mixing dahi, spices, soya sauce, and lemon juice. Leave for 30 min.
  3. Boil tomatoes with onion, tezpath, garlic, and cashews.
  4. When tomatoes are soft, remove skin, and blend all into a smooth paste.
  5. Take oil in pan and fry the chicken. Until colour develops.
  6. Add butter in a pot. Add the blended mixture. Let cook for 10 min. Then add chicken.
  7. Then add cream into the gravy. Mix and let cook for 8 mins.
  8. Dish out. Garnish with slit gren chillies and chopped coriander.
