- Add the basmati rice, the cumin and salt to taste
- Bring the pot to a boil then cover & simmer for 25-30 minutes on low heat until the rice has fully cooked and is fluffy
- When ready to serve, flip the pot over the serving dish. Garnish with the remaining meat & cauliflower.
