Steps to make Paneer Tikka Masala:

  1. Method for Paneer Tikka - Take a bowl.
  2. Add Besan (Garam Flour)
  3. Add salt, turmeric powderr, red chilli powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, mango powder.
  4. Add curd and mix well and make a batter.
  5. Mix onion cubes and capsicum cubes and mix well
  6. Now add Paneer Cubes and mix gently.
  7. Now leave for 1/2 an hour to marinate
  8. After that you can roast in air fryer or non stick tawa also
  9. Take skewers add piece of onion and then capsicum then paener and repeat same with (onion and Capsicum)
  10. Make all skewers with this process.
  11. Now take a non stick pan, Put some oil.
  12. Now put all the skewers on pan cook for 1-2 mins until the pieces get roasted properly after that turn to the other side and cook.
  13. Repeat the same process for all skewers
  14. Now ready Paneer tikkas.
  15. For Gravy Heat oil in a Pan.
  16. Add Black pepper, cloves and cumin seeds and saute for 1 min.
  17. Add Bay leaves
  18. Add onion pieces, garlic cloves and ginger and cook for 1 min.
  19. Add red chilli pieces and tomato pieces.
  20. Cover the pan and cook for 3-4 mins,
  21. Add Black pepper powder and water and again cook for 2-3 min.
  22. Now switch off the flame and keep aside for 2 min for cool down.
  23. Now Make a paste with the help of blener or mixer.
  24. Now take a pan and put the paste and cook for 4-5 mins.
  25. Now add curd and stir continuously.
  26. Add salt, red chilli powder and add pav bhaji masala and cook for 5-6 mins.
  27. Now add Paneer Tikka and cook for 4-5 mins.
  28. Served with Chapati and Naan.
