  1. Take 1-1 1/2 lbs ground beef or ground turkey
  2. Make ready 1 egg
  3. Get 1/2 onion, chopped
  4. Take 3 cloves garlic

  7. Make ready 1 tbsp Worcestershire

Instructions to make Meat loaf:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Sautéed onion and garlic in olive oil or butter until translucent.
  3. In a large bowl combine ground meat, egg, onion/garlic mixture, milk, bread crumbs, Worcestershire, 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  4. Put meat mixture in lightly greased 5x9 loaf pan.
  5. In a small bowl combine ketchup, barbecue sauce and remaining 2 tbsp soy sauce. Mix well and pour over meat.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
