- Make ready 1/2 kg Okra/Lady fingure
- Make ready as per taste Salt
- Get 1 tbsp Ajwain/Carom seeds
- Make ready 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder

- Take 1 Onion medium.size
- Make ready as required Coriander powder
- Prepare as required Amchoor powder

Instructions to make Lady finger/okra:
- Wash and pet dry bhindi with a towel
- Cut in small pieces
- Once done keep in fridge for 5-10 min. This will help to avoid the liquid kind of stuff while cooking
- Now take the bowl.out and add turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt on bhindi and mix well.
- Keep this aside
- Now in a pan/wok take oil and add carom seeds 1 tbsp and heeng and cook it till aroma starts coming
- Now add chopped onion. Need not have small chopped once normal slice will also do
- Cook it till onion becomes translucent
- Now add bhindi masala with all maslas in it.
- Stir well.do not cover the wok. As it helps in retaining green color of bhindi
- Keep stirring occasionally. One becomes soft and tender, add dry mango powder and stir again
- You can also add chat masala a pinch if like tangy taste
- Note; cook this on low to medium flame.
- Once bhindi turns lil soft cover for min and remove cover after 2 min.
- Switch off has,our delicious bhindi is ready to serve with chapati.
