- In a bowl mix all the dry ingredient i mentioned,mix them well,then add your melted butter,milk,egg into the dry ingredients and mix using a spatula,then your hand,tranfer unto a working surface
- Knead that though till it become a bit elastic and non sticky😂it take about 13-15mins,then cover it for 30min,and allow it to rest(because of the kneading you did this makes the dough rise faster than my previous recipe i shared)(p.s if there is need for more liquid in the dough add little water.)
- After 30mins,deflate and roll the dough flat,to you desired thickness, spread your butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mix,roll it in, and use a string or sharp knife to cute your rolls,i cut mine to 16 mini rolls,and allow it to rise for anoza 30-40mins,after then you bake it at 250F for 15mins and tadaaaa you are good to go,glaze with either condense milk+powderedmilk mixed,or whipped cream😂i love cream by d way.
